Vad förväntar vi oss av varandra?

Queer as Fuck! är DIY+DIT (do it yourself + do it together). Alla som är på eventet är med och skapar det. Det gör vi dels genom att hjälpas åt med att ta hand om lokalen genom att städa efter oss, torka av lekytor efter utlevnad, slänga vårt skräp, lämna tillbaka disk till baren, etc, men också genom att skapa tryggare rum genom att följa den Allmänna policyn och Säkerhetsreglerna för Klubb Queer as Fuck!. På Queer as Fuck!-evenemang är följande helt förbjudet: kinkshaming, rasism, transfobi, sexism, ageism, homofobi, funkofobi, heterosexism, exotifiering, härskartekniker, alkohol/drogpåverkan, samt påtvingande av identiteter, könsidentiteter eller egenskaper (om de inte ingår i ett samförstånd).

Utgå aldrig ifrån att någon identifierar sig på ett visst sätt, oavsett hur personen ser ut, beter sig, eller hur personens kropp ser ut. Anta aldrig någons pronomen och använd könsneutrala pronomen som till exempel ”den” eller ”hen” tills du vet med säkerhet.

Säkerhetsregler för Klubb Queer as Fuck!

1. På alla Klubb Queer as Fuck!s fester ska det alltid finnas Crew, Security och Volontärer. 

• Crew består av medlemmar från arrangörsgruppen eller volontärer med särskilt ansvar.
• Security består av en Head of Security som har säkerhetsansvar hela festen, samt Security-volontärer. Dessa personer har särskilda markeringar på sin klädsel så du lätt kan finna dem.
• Volontärerna som arbetar under kvällen gör en fantastisk insats för oss alla. Behandla dem väl och visa din uppskattning!

2. Fotoförbud råder i hela lokalen. 

3. Lokalen är en hemlig plats, håll platsen hemlig för oinvigda.

4. Alla aktiviteter som sker mellan personer på klubben måste vara samtyckta. 

5. Det kan va sjukt hett att berätta om sina äventyr på våra klubbar, men tänk på att avidentifiera personer om du inte har deras uttryckliga samtycke till att dela det som hänt.

6. Allmänt safeword (stopp-ord) på Queer as Fuck! är ”röd/rött” eller ”red”. Om detta sägs av någon, avbryter samtliga inblandade leken.

7. Visa respekt och stör inte varandra. Respektera både de som vill visa upp sig och de som vill vara ifred. Anslut dig inte till en pågående lek/scen utan medgivande från de deltagande. Det är okej att titta men blir du ombedd att backa eller avlägsna dig från scenen, gör det.

8. Om du ser utlevnad som du inte tycker om eller mår dåligt av: gå till ett annat rum. Prata med Crew eller Security om du behöver stöd.

9. Om en konfliktsituation uppstår ska du vända dig till Crew eller Security. Låt dom ta hand om problemet.

10. Queer as Fuck! förbehåller sig rätten att avvisa vem som helst från festen. Den som inte följer Queer as Fuck!s allmänna policy och Klubbens Säkerhetsregler kommer att avvisas av Crew och Head of Security.

General Policy & Security Rules

What do we expect from each other?

Queer as Fuck! is DIY+DIT (do it yourself + do it together). Everyone at the event is involved in creating it. We do this partially by taking care of the venue together by cleaning up after ourselves, wiping down play areas after ourselves, throwing away our trash, returning dishes to the bar, etc., but also by creating safer spaces by following the General Policy and Security Rules for Club Queer as Fuck!. Do you feel like holding a workshop, arranging a game or performance, go ahead! Contact us via email!

At Queer as Fuck! events, the following is completely prohibited: kinkshaming, racism, transphobia, sexism, ageism, homophobia, ableism, heterosexism, exotification, suppression techniques, alcohol/drugs, forcing of identities, gender identities or characteristics (unless they are part of consensual play).

Never assume that someone identifies in a certain way, regardless of how they look, act, or what their body looks like. Never assume someone’s pronouns and use gender-neutral pronouns such as ”they” or ”zie” until you know for sure.

Security rules for Klubb Queer as Fuck!

1. At all Klubb Queer as Fuck! parties there must always be Crew, Security and Volunteers. 

• Crew consists of members of the organizing team or volunteers with special responsibilities.
• Security consists of a Head of Security who is responsible for security throughout the party, as well as the Security volunteers. These people have special markings on their clothing so you can easily find them.
• The volunteers who work during the evening do a great service to us all. Treat them well and show your appreciation!

2. Photography is prohibited throughout the venue. 

3. The venue is a secret place, keep the location a secret from the uninitiated.

4. All activities that take place between people at the club must be consensual. 

5. It can be incredibly hot to tell about your adventures at our clubs, but remember to de-identify people unless you have their explicit consent to share what happened.

6. The general safeword at Queer as Fuck! is “red” or “röd/rött”. If this is said by someone, everyone involved stops the scene or activity. 

7. Show respect and do not disturb each other. Respect both those who want to show off and those who want to be left alone. Do not join an ongoing scene without the consent of the participants. It is okay to watch, but if you are asked to back off or move away from the scene, do so.

8. If you see a scene that you do not like or makes you feel uneasy: go to another room. Talk to the Crew or Security if you need support.

9. If a conflict situation arises, you should turn to the Crew or Security. Let them take care of the problem.

10. Queer as Fuck! reserves the right to dismiss anyone from the event. Anyone who does not follow Queer as Fuck!’s general policy and the Club’s Safety Rules will be dismissed by the Crew and Head of Security.
